Functie: Test consultant – JM20110622
Opdrachtomschrijving:
Testers develop, execute test scripts and ensure the appropriate analysts, prior to test execution, review test scripts. Tester records test results during testing activities and documents test faults in the problem log and update test scripts due to approved change requests or software faults that were not anticipated in the development.
Key performance areas (KPA ‘s)/responsibilities:
• Determine products and services to test and determine quality aspects to test for and items to check.
• Determine availability/release of products/services and resource availability and test base quality (testability) and manage external test requests.
• Create long term planning (test cycles, vision grid, case grids and test scripts) and define test result reports.
• Conserve test ware and create short term planning (Iterations, Execution calendar, and Daily work plan).
• Translate test strategy into, and design, logical and physical test cases, schedule physical test cases.
• Develop test steps, execute test cases, creates execution progress reports.
• Verify results and log results.
• Report errors and other experiences to problem owners according to fixed procedures.
• Contact support.
• Monitor, reporting quality of process and deliverables to the Test Leader.
• Produce suggestions for improvement of test process and deliverables.
• Evaluate test project with the Test Leader, facilitate a process of continuous improvement.
It is related to an existing Credit Origination (Risk) system called RAPID. For current functionality Test Scripts exists, however we need to expand these test scripts with the new functionality. The RAPID 11.1 FRR integration project contains many new functionalities and business rules. The number of test cases will increase considerably.
Functie-eisen:
Financial Analysis, Credit Risk
• Education on minimal Bachelors degree (HBO), preference in the IT direction.
• Familiar with concepts of Quality & Test Management and Testing.
• Familiar with TMap® Test Management Approach.
• Familiar with ABNAMRO Test principles.
• Familiar with banking and banking terminology.
• Able to make efficient and quick uses of PC’s (Windows XP) and tools such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access and MS Projects.
