Opdrachtomschrijving:
The system tester is expected to prepare tests using input from requirement management and functional designs, write test plans, test scripts, deliver input for the master test plan, execute test plans, report test results, planning, risks, issues and communicate with project management, developers, environment management, requirement management, release management and overall test manager.
The need for a tester is currently in het project 4Sight which will replace Global One with 4SF as the core platform for Security Lending. 4Sight needs to be customised to meet the business demands, and needs to be connected with the systems, which will be kept in the target architecture, Data migration is an important part of the project to guarantee business continuity.
The project is executed in a complex environment and under complicated conditions where market volatility demands system flexibility. To meet these demands the IT and other support departments require a can-do attitude and meet the fixed milestones.
Role outline:
· Review of designs, requirements & use cases
· Deliver test scripts based on logical and physical test cases based on requirements and designs
· Assist users and analysts defining their test cases and scripts
· Execute system tests and system integration tests
· Collaborate with other departments in order to support all tests
· Log defects, report defects, communicate with all stakeholders regarding tests and their results and progress
· Team up with overall Test Manager, deliver input, report results, risks, issues
Collaborate with project management, developers, environment management, requirement management, release management and overall test manager
Functie-eisen:
· bachelor/master
· Knowledge of Security Finance products (REPO, security borrowing and lending, collateral, …
· Knowledge of 4Sight 4SF system is an advantage
· Experience in package/out of the box implementation and testing
· Experience with interface testing such as MQ and file transfers
· Knowledge of SQL query tools
· Knowledge and experience with TMAP (ISTQB) or any other test methodology
· Knowledge and experience with Quality Center
· Demonstrable experience of testing, test scripts and plans
· Excellent in English (oral / written communication)
· Can handle stress
· Excellent communication skills
