Functie: Projectleader – JM20100215

Opdrachtomschrijving:
- Act as the central point-of-contact for all IT related mattersAannemen van een project di: beoordelen of de projectopdracht past binnen de kaders van de richtlijnen van Fortis en het meewerken aan de realisatie van PID en PSA with regard of planning, budget and escalations.
- Participate in the start up of the project based on Prince2 guidelines with all necessary milestone documents such as a mandate, PID, Project Start Architecture.
- Manage the execution of the IT parts of the project, such as resource allocation, detailed planning (e.g. stageplan), progress reporting/ exception reporting as well as time reporting.
- Manage relationships within the environment i.e.: inform stakeholders on status and progress manage project environment (line management and programme management).
- Arrange the infrastructure side of the project together with the IT Liaison officer
- Overlook that the necessary security baselines are being applied to the project.
- Prepare structured testing for unit-, system- and performance testing with the test manager.
- Evaluation and closing of the project i.e.: evaluating the implementation of the project, evaluate project results (including costs and duration), reporting on the evaluation and assessment of the staff.

- Je hebt HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau.Has a colleHas a relevant college or university degree.
- Kennis van de business Global Markets (Treasury) is een must.Knowledge of Business Global Markets is a must. Knowledge about the way this applies to Commodities, Energy and Carbon is highly recommended.
- Knowledge of the Calypso package is recommended.
- De kandidaat beschikt over een aantoonbare ervaring met leiden van ICT-projecten in een bancaire omgeving, waarbij kennis van ontwikkelmethode RUP en LAD vereist is.The candidate has at least 3 years experience in managing complex IT projects
- Excellent presentation skills orally and in writing and can convey and persuade the IST point-of-view in the project
- Formal qualification in Prince2 project methodology and can strike the right balance between a structured approach and ad-hoc requests or changes.
- Je hebt ruime ervaring met de projectmethode Prince2Experience in managing interface development based on software methods like agile (RUP) or waterfall (LAD)
- Experience with arranging the IT infrastructure required for the project, founded on the security baselines and SLA agreements
- Experience preparing and execution of a structured testing approach
- Fluently in English, Dutch is an additional asset.
