Opdrachtomschrijving:
The Program Particulieren Anno Nu TOPS is responsible for the execution of the IT and OPS activities that are defined as a result of the Business deliverables related to the ‘A’ of Ambition. These activities are steered by the program and executed in severable program boards. The PMO of the domain provides support to the different process managers and ensures effective processes and helps the processmanager with actions, chasing, issue solving.
One PMO for the domain Customer and 3 PMO’s for BPM processes
