Functie: Project manager (CRM Peoplesoft) – JM20110118
Opdrachtomschrijving:
- project/consultancy support for CRM projects “Bankieren 3.0″, alignment study how in the area of CRM Retail, Private and C&MB can cooperate with each other on new developments and technology sharing (strong business case).
- knowledge of CRM business & IT deliveries (processes and technology)
Projectmanager will participate within a small team of professionals in order to specify business requirements (PID) and govern (a number of) projects to deliver and implement (E2E). For one of the vacancies we have a preferred candidate (R. Peeters/Prox6 via broker). For the second vacancy we like to start a search via preferred suppliers. The general profile is identical, but for the search we are looking for a consultant with a background in business processes CRM PeopleSoft.
Functie-eisen:
- knowledge of sales & marketing processes (leadmanagement, opportunitymanagement, single customer view, case management, operational data storage)
- knowledge and experience in implementation of Peoplesoft CRM in financials
- PeopleSoft CRM
- dataresource management skills (datawarehousing, marketing databases)
- Campaign management processes, realtime online marketing

Verwachte duur:
6 maanden, met een optie op verlenging.
