Functie: PMO – JM20110825-1
Opdrachtomschrijving:
- Support the IT International Project Managers in the operational part of the Ordering Process,
- Check the elapse time of the orders in the Ordering Process, improve if necessary,
- Handle questions and escalations of PM’s, Stakeholders and Vendors about the existing processes, ordering tools, specific orders, invoices and operational issues,
- Improve existing processes based on day to day experience,
- Monthly gather Management Information about the ordering process, Vendor performance, invoicing process,
- Upload orders in the order processing tools,
- Take part in conference calls with Vendors to map operational issues.
- Update Work Order templates and communicate to PM’s and other Stakeholders,
- Inform Stakeholders about the latest developments in the ordering of work,
- Improve the quality and delivery of a Work Order coming from Stakehodlers,
Functie-eisen:
- Knowledge of Project Management processes,
- Knowledge of Contract Management,
- Experience in working with International Vendors,
- Sharepoint, MS Office
- Experience in setting up and maintaining administrations,
- Good understanding of English language (verbal and written),
- Strong communicational skills,
- Service and Support oriented.
