Opdrachtomschrijving:
The .net Designer is seen as a key person that is responsible to determine the best technical solution and validate the feasibility in order to get a result according the business needs, the internal rules and the continuity of the service taking into account timing, quality and budget.
The Designer is a key person that is responsible to perform technical design and implementation reviews according to the business needs, the Governance & Architecture Principles, Directives and Software Architecture Artifacts, while optimizing factors as quality, timing and budget. He will also be responsible for improve / optimize the .net Development Environment using existing development supporting tools. More extensively, the designer:
- Is responsible for the technical solution and accountable of delivery and quality of the development
- Will provide feedback on the Functional and Architectural Analysis phase
- Will coach and lead developers realizing the implementation
- Will assure establishment of functional and technical documentation (technical coordination and facilitation)
- Will take an active participation in the design phase of project or service maintenance
- Will perform technical reviews on technical artifacts
- Will provide active collaboration in project planning for the technical implementation and regular reporting and feedback to the project leader
- Will collaborate actively with the functional / business analyst in order to determine the best functional solution
- Will follow the architecture, design and development rules and recommendations
- Will advice project management on initiatives to continuously improve quality throughout the initiative and assist in prioritizing
- Determine Unit Testing and Integration test
- Can take an active role in developing the core or complex module
- Assist Resource Manager in technical screening for project and service staffing.

- C# Programming, .net 3.5 framework including WCF (Expert)
- ASP.net in MVC pattern (Advanced)
- Multitier & Service Oriented Architecture (Advanced)
Object-Oriented and Component-based Techniques (Expert)
- Global software and infrastructure architecture, security and performance (Advanced)
- UML Modeling (Advanced)
- Data modeling design and performance tweaking techniques (MS SQL Server and Oracle) (Expert)
- Technical risk assessment & software refactoring experience (Expert)
- Excellent IT General Knowledge.
- Excellent Communication, Assertiveness capabilities
- Excellent capabilities in Facilitation, Decision, Delegation, Follow-up & Adjustment
- Ability to learn & analyze quickly, develop a clear vision on current and future state of the solution and being able to communicate at the appropriate levels.
- Leader bringing structure using a coaching approach in an existing environment taking into account business needs.
- Team player with a pragmatic approach considering time & resource limitations.
