- Support of the TCP Business Readiness team in migration activities
- Supporting preparation of the Business Implementation Runbook
- Monitoring execution of Business Implementation Runbook
- Preparation of process instructions for Dress Rehearsals & Migration
- Ensuring facilitation and logistics for Dress Rehearsals & Migration
- Design of documents and reports on Business Readiness migration activities
- Identification of Risk & Issues
- Preparation of Business Communication Plan
- Monitoring and chasing of data cleansing activities for end users
- Gathering and monitoring of open issues for aftercare
- Supporting preparation of Aftercare Plan
- Providing input and feedback for the Business Readiness Team
- Contribution to forums involving the Business Readiness Team
- Creating Minutes of Meetings of the forums involving the Business Readiness Team
