Functie: Application Manager MFG/Pro/ Database Administrato – RB20101213
Opdrachtomschrijving:
As Application Manager you provide day-to-day support to end-users around the world. You drive the optimization, standardization and extensions of MFG/Pro and related databases within the organization. In this role you are responsible for the functional and technical management of MFG/Pro and database administration. You maintain a close working relationship with the other Application Managers, the involved suppliers, the key users, the end-users and all relevant (multi disciplinary) departments.
Functie-eisen:
- provide MFG/Pro support to users around the world
- understanding of ERP systems (especially financials and taxes)
- basic understanding of EMT/EDI
- feel comfortable in a Unix (Linux) environment
- security minded
- ensure integrity of the software and data
- monitor and tune the database / system to maximize performance
- find and eliminate causes for malfunctions
- keep in contact with software suppliers for timely delivery of bug fixes
- basic understanding of add-ons and interfaces
- speaks, read and writes fluent English
- customer oriented, pro-active attitude
- outstanding social and communicative skills
- teamplayer
