Function description:
With our client, a job opening for support has arisen for Third Line Support Sophis Risque, which with in-depth knowledge solves several problems around the use of both the server and the client side of Sophis.
The activities take place in very complex surroundings where pre-empting market surroundings and organization is frequently necessary. You associate with users, IT departments business analysts, developers, Sophis User Desk etc.
- act as 3rd line support for the Sophis Risque (currently v5.3.4.19) application and its Toolkit, API and RiskCOM modules, both for Front-, Midd-, Back office, Accounting, Risk and other departments
- liaise with developers, users, business analysts, Sophis User Desk, end users etc to analyze and solve problems as quickly as possible
- you work under responsibility of the coordinator of the Sophis Competence Centre
Hard Skills:
- preferably College or University level
- proven track record within Sophis Risque support, preferable Front-to-Back
- experience with server and client side of Sophis Risque
- knowledge of financial products within Global Markets and Securities Financing is a pro
- knowledge of Sophis database and SQL to query it
- knowledge of IT infrastructure and databases (particularly WINTEL / UNIX / Oracle 10) in general
- experience with VBA and/or C++ is a plus
- able to cope with stress
- flexible in working times (because of global use of the system, in various time zones)
